Project Manager-John

John

John frequently drives by properties to conduct inspections prior to acquisition in the Central Texas market. He also supports the acquisition department in a leading role to formulate game plans for properties. John is also responsible for collectively determining the best exit strategy for each property as well as the budget constraints. He makes sure to collects estimates and submits bids from contractors/subcontractors. Resolves difficult property issues, provides guidance to contractors and advises the acquisitions department on the status of properties/projects.

There’s a lot of bad actors out there. Many of them have all the words and slick one-liners in the world. Do not be one of the stories that call us after they’ve been deceived by another house buyer.


At a MINIMUM you should look for the following;

Use a standard Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) Contract – Do NOT use a 1 or 2-page contract! I like to say “If it’s a one-page contract it’s usually one-sided, and it’s not going to be in your favor!”

Are they BBB Accredited? – At a minimum they should be able to establish their business with the BBB.

Do they have a LOCAL Office? – There’s something about being able to drop in and meet someone in person.

Ask for references or check reviews – We are happy to send you references of other homeowners, title companies, lenders, etc.
